Kara Fortuna is a fiction writer living and working in Northern California. She has studied fiction at UC Santa Cruz and UC Berkeley Extension, as well as through Writing by Writers and StoryStudio Chicago. Kara has worked in a variety of fields, including tech, non-profits, and banking. According to her children, Kara currently interviews old buildings for a living. Kara is currently working on her first collection of short stories.
