Gaia Thomas grew up in New Jersey and earned her MFA from Mills College. She is an inaugural Zoeglossia Fellow. Thomas is the author of the self-published Aloft Alight (2015), and her manuscript Serotine was a finalist for the Carolyn Bush Award. Her work has appeared in several anthologies. She resides in the Bay Area.
